Stretches and light movement, done badly, in real time, by someone with no qualifications whatsoever. The joke is me: middle-aged, self-taught, still learning which button records. If you have ever felt behind, this one is company. The point is showing up, not form.

Not a fitness professional. Not medical advice. This is one unqualified person moving around on camera. Talk to your doctor before starting anything, go at your own pace, and stop if something hurts. Nothing here is designed for your body, because I have never met it.

How we work

Opinion is labelled as opinion. When a show says something is good or bad, that is one person's view, and it is said as a view.
No pile-ons. We do not run campaigns against people, and we do not chase a creator who is already having a bad week.
Corrections get made. If something is wrong, tell us and it gets fixed or pulled. No argument in the comments.
Clips are used for comment. Short excerpts, always in service of the point being made, never in place of it.
